Here where i live, we have this garbage dumpster, that's in the ground where we throw our trash. It's always full, and people just throw their trash around it. It's bad enough in the winter, but in the summer, it's more animals around, and it's just discusting. I just had to take this picture when i was out today.

Oh wow, that would sure be awful in the summer, and doesn't make a very good site either. Except for making an excellent one for your blog, lol.
There's places like that around here too...where are the people that are supposed to take the garbage? C'mon people... LOL
That's sucks! I just hope someone or probably you can talk and discuss this with one of the officials at City hall. BTW, I live in Japan for more than 4 yrs now but originally from Manila, Philippines. Have you been here, Jane? :)
