Prosjekt 365 /Project 365

Happy new year everybody!

On a lot of hobby forums lately there has been alot of buzz about something called Project 365. It is about taking a picture a day, and then journal a little something every day for one entire year. There are lots of ways of doing this, some use pre made kits, while others sort it out as the go.

When i first read about this, i thought that this is something that i'll never be able to keep up with, but then i changed my mind. If there is a day that i don't get a picture, then i don't. That's going to be a part of 2009 as well.

I still haven't figured out if i am going to make layouts out of these pictures, or if i am just gonna leave them as they are. We'll see as i go along.
Anyhow, the first 6 pictures of this year are here:
The journaling says: I got a Nintendo Ds on New years eve!

The journaling says: My angel choir!

The journaling says: Christmas Cypresses

The journaling is a part from a Norwegian christmas carroll, and it means something like: The green and shiny....lol

The journaling says: Iron injections

The journaling says: It's been snowing here since january 1st.

so how are you doing on the Nintendo?! (My Mum got one for Xmas and she embarassed us all as her brain age was 37 (she is 64) and us young ones were, ok, I'll be honest I was 80!!! Ooops! - it couldn't read my writing, so that'll teach me!)

All of your pictures are wonderful. I love your idea about not stressing if you miss a day. I'm going to keep that in mind.

Great pics, Jane! I've been taking photos too, but they are just sitting on my camera right now... As soon as I'm "free" from my job, I'll have to get busy and post them! I'm glad that you are doing the P365--just think of all of the wonderful memories you are going to capture.

Have fun with your new Nintendo DS! See you on the island soon.
