Luksus frokost / Luxury breakfast

Last night i found a recipe online that i wanted to try.
It's kind of an omelet, but with bread, sausage(Or anything you want really) and eggs. First i put some pesto on two slices of bread, cut them into pieces, and put them in a pan. Then i cut some sausage and layered them on top of the bread. Beat two eggs with a some milk, added some spices and then some cheeze to top it all off.
The somewhat unusal thing about this dish (at least for me), is that you pop it in the fridge over night, and then you bake it when you get up in the morning. I know the pictures looks a bit grose, but it was really good! Very worth trying!
The journaling says: Luxury breakfast!

It looks yummy! Sort of like a ham and cheese strata...you have to let it set overnight before baking it in the morning.

We have a lot of "leave in fridge overnight" type breakfast casseroles. They are so easy to fix and yet taste SO YUMMY! Love your pictures :)

I've heard those are super yummy -- it's the soaking overnight that does it!!

So how long does it go in the oven for?! I'd have to change the sausage to some sort of veg for my vegetarian husband, but it does look yummy - and we have the freshest of eggs (yep, straight from our own chickens) so any egg recipes I snatch up!
CU tomorrow
Hugs
