I dag skal jeg vise dere en lo av søte baby Gage. Dette er et digi kort, som jeg sendte til mamman til Gage, Leslie i går. Er ikke dette en skikkelig søt gutt?

Today i'm going to show you a layout of cute baby Gage. This is a digi card that i sendt to Gage's mom Leslie yesterday. Isn't he cute?

Digi kort/digi cards

I går kveld fikk jeg inspirasjon til å lage noe annet enn loer, så da ble det en hel drøss med digi kort. Det var skikkelig morro å lage kort. Det blir jo selvfølgelig ikke det samme som å sende eller få vanlige kort, men de er mere personlige enn de som finnes ute på nettet.

Yesterday i got the inspiration to make something other than layouts, so i made a bunch og digi cards. Making cards on the computer was really fun. It's of course not the same as sending out and receiving real cards, but they are more personal than the readymade digicards that you can find on the internet.
This card is for all of my LOSTIE sistahs.

Nå er jeg hjemme fra en flott Oslo tur!

Vi hadde et hektisk program med shopping, museum (!), treffe venner, shopping, treffe mere venner, og til sist mere shopping!

Jeg var så heldig å klare å få til å treffe Justine, som er på ferie fra Colorado med familien sin. De skulle til Vestlandet, men var et par netter i Oslo. Vi har chattet med hverandre på SCS i flere år, og det var veldig gøy å treffe en av Søstrene!

I am home again from a fantastic trip to Oslo!

We had an hectic schedule with shopping, museum (!), meeting friends, shopping, meeting more friends, and finally some more shopping!

I was so lucky to be able to meet up with Justine, who is in Norway on vacation with her family. They were spending a couple of nights in Oslo on their way to the west coast of Norway. We have been chatting with each other for several years on SCS, so i must say it was so much fun to finally get to meet up, and to meet one of the Sisters!

Almost all of the Sisterhood is getting together for a fun filled weekend in Texas, but meeting and talking with Justine earlier this week, makes the jealousy a bit easier to bare....lol

The Losties har gjort det igjen! Vi har hatt en ny runde me hemmelig venn, og min hemmelige søster denne gangen var Barb! Hun skjemte meg skikkelig bort med en pakke som var TUNG! Den inneholdt så mye at jeg ble nesten helt svimmel!

Pakken inneholdt:

Jeg legger ved bilder av innholdet, men siden vi åpnet pakkene klokka 3 natt til i dag, var jeg så trøtt at jeg ikke tenkte på å ta bilde av alt samlet, men tok istedet av en og en ting...hihi

The LOSTIES did it again! We've had a new LSS round, and my secret sis this time was BARB! She spoiled me rotten with this HEAVY box!!! There was so much inside the box, that i got all dizzy!

The reveal was at 3 am for me, so i had set my alarm to 2.45. I was so tired, so i didn't think of taking a picture of everything togther, so i took one of everything instead....lol

And it was all so lovely wrapped too! And even with some of the most gorgeous tissuepaper. I didn't know there was tissue paper like that!

Once again, Thank you soooo much Barb!!! I can't wait to dive into the goodies!

Hi Stace!As you've probably guessed by now, i am your LSS. I'm guessing that you've read about the PO problems, and Kris and i came up with me taking pics of the what you're getting. I had to change the box anyway, since it had been opened in customs, and it had alot of stickers and tape on it.I'm hoping that you'll have it soon, and i'm so sorry that this happened.
So, here's your box:


First, the card:



Now, the first thing is a clearstamps alphabet:


Next some embellishments. I've put some in small ziplock bags, to get rid of some deadweight:
The ziplcok is a mini one, with adhesive on the side. They are cool......lol

Next is a silly thing actually. It's a totebag with drawings of creatures from Norwegian Folk stories....lol:

Then, some CANDY! Yeah baby! There's chocolate, some hard candy and some caramel choc:

The last picture. These are some cutout sheets i bought. They have a bit of traditional norwegian christmas feeling to them. I had to take them out of the bag, because it wouldn't fit in the box otherwise.

I hope that you like what i picked out for you. I sure had LOTS of fun putting this together. NOT so fun when the box came back though....lol

Maratonhelgen er over/ Marathon weekend is over

Da er maratonhelgen og The sisterhood of the LOSTIES Chattapalooza IV over. Det har vært en skikkelig artig helg, med mye skravling og noen kort ble det også. Jeg var også så heldig å vinne 2 premier! Gleder meg til å sjekke posten om noen uker! De 2 første kortene er for Rachels utfordring, som var å lage kort med tropisk tema.

Jeg stemplet motivet og embosset med hvitt ep, på glossy papir og brukte så blekkputer direkte på arket. Tørket av overføldig blekk og monterte kortet.

Så var det min utfordring som var å lage et kort i svart og hvitt med en ekstra farge som tilbehør.

De neste kortene er til Cindys utfordring som var å lage 3 3x3 tommer store kort. Jeg kombinerte dene utfordringen med Jess utfordring som var å lage kort uten å bruke stempel. Jeg brukte big shoten til å prege mønsteret i papiret

Til sist var det Barb som hadde en utfordring, og det var å lage et enkelt elegant kort. Embosset motivet med sølv ep rett på framsiden av kortet. Limte på et rosa silkebånd og papirblonde over der igjen. Et veldig enkelt kort.

So the marathon weekend and the sisterhood of the LOSTIES Chattapalooza IV over. It has been a really fun weekend, with lots and lots of chatting, and i even made some cards. And i was also lucky enough to win 2 prices!!!! I am looking forward to checking the mail in a couple of weeks!

The first 2 cards are for Rachels challenge which was to make an island based card. I stamped and embossed the image with white ep on glossy cs. And then i used DTP tech. Wiped off exess ink afterwards and mounted the card.

Next card is for my own challenge which was to make a black and white card with one accent color. The text says i love you in norwegian.

Netx 3 cards are for Cindys make 3 3x3 inches cards, and i've also combined that chalenge with Jess challenge which was to make a card without using stamps

Last card is for Barbs challenge, and this was to make a single elegant card.
